Job Title:	Success Coach
Reports To:	Principal
Contract Length:	195 Days

 

Primary Role:
A TMSA Success Coach builds strong relationships with students to ensure engagement, persistence, and academic success in a virtual environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Experience in advising, counseling, or student support preferred

Skills, Duties, and Responsibilities:

• Monitors student engagement, attendance, and performance
• Conducts regular student check-ins and goal-setting sessions
• Supports MTSS interventions and student success plans
• Communicates regularly with families
• Collaborates with teachers and leadership to support students
• Builds strong, positive relationships with students
• Other duties assigned by the Principal
