Primary Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining school building; identifying issues of concern, providing solutions, troubleshooting appliances and school building systems, conducting complex repairs and handling preventative maintenance.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Facilities Maintenance Certified Training (plus)
Skills, Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain school facility
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
- Experience using hand and electrical tools
- Ability to multitask
- Overseeing of work orders requested
- Participate in renovation process
- Accepting Deliveries (some may require assembly)
- Clearing Snow on walk ways.
- Able to respond to request with short notice
- Assist Principal, staff, administration with moving needs
