Primary Role:

The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of all trade related work, have a positive attitude, and be dependable as well as honest. We are looking for a self-starter that is both friendly and courteous to everyone they encounter.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Skills:

• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
• Experience using hand and electrical tools
• Ability to multitask

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Light Electrical Work (lights, Switches, receptacles)
• Light Plumbing (Sinks, faucets, toilets, drain cleaning)
• Repairing Doors and Hardware
• Replace Ceiling and Floor tiles
• Repair drywall, tape and paint
• Installing boards when needed
• Moving Furniture
• Picking up excess trash that may have been left behind by others.
• Keeping the roof and drains clear
• Accepting Deliveries (some may require assembly)
• Clearing Snow on walk ways.
• Keeping an open eye for Hazards and potential safety issues.
• Identifying the need for repairs and a problem solver.
• Able to respond to request with short notice
• Ability to work with vendors when they are required.
• Assist other when asked
• Assist with daily chores when available
